Insurance – PRC offers its regular employees, working a minimum of 32 hours per week:
- SuperBlue Plus Health and Vision coverage through Mountain State Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Dental insurance through MetLife
- Supplemental health insurance through AFLAC
Retirement – PRC offers a 401(k) retirement plan that allows employees to contribute a percentage of their salary each paycheck on a pre-tax basis, as well as a Roth 401(k) option. PRC has a matching program that begins after employees complete a 120 probationary period.
Employee Bonus Program – All employees are eligible for an annual bonus.
Bonuses are awarded for significant contribution/achievement above and
beyond normal activity or responsibility.
Employee Referral Program – The PRC Employee
Referral Program is available to any employee
who provides a job candidate that is successful
in obtaining full time employment with PRC and
completes the 120 day probationary period.
Educational Assistance – PRC will reimburse
qualified employees for approved tuition and fee
expenses upon successful completion of
each course.
PRC Scholarship Program – PRC awards a
$1000 college scholarship, twice annually, to
qualifying employee dependents. |
