Mark Gandolfi, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Mr. Mark Gandolfi serves as PRC's CFO and is a Certified Public Accountant.  Mr. Gandolfi holds dual degrees from West Virginia University– a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance.
 
Mr. Gandolfi has worked alongside accounting firms such as PriceWaterHouse Coopers, LLP and KPMG on public accounting engagements. He has strong competencies in the following areas: public accounting, auditing, cost accounting, DCAA compliance, fiscal policy, financial management, general accounting/bookkeeping, personal taxation, corporate taxation, operations management, financial planning, office administration, specialized report preparation with detailed analysis, customer relations, file maintenance and inventory management.  Mr. Gandolfi’s experience exhibits expertise over Federal, Non-Profit and Commercial business processes and assists in creating a solid fiscal and operational understanding at PRC.
