PRC Part of the MOCA Team Awarded $50 Million Cost Engineering Contract

August 2011—MOCA Systems, Inc. (MOCA) has been selected for award by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, for a $50 million unrestricted, nationwide A-E IDIQ for cost engineering services to all federal agencies.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Wall District, is a Center of Expertise for Cost Engineering Services used by all federal government agencies throughout aprogram's lifecycle.  Pre-construction and on-site construction management services include planning, program management, cost estimating, scheduling, risk management, change order management, claims analysis, forensics, and stakeholder coordination.

Other members of the MOCA Team includes Atkins, AECOM, and L-3 Stratis.
