Insurance
These benefits are available to all regular employees working a minimum of 32 hours or more each week.

  • SuperBlue Plus Health and Vision Insurance coverage through Mountain State Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Dental Insurance through MetLife
  • COBRA Insurance through Mt. State BCBS, MetLife, and AFLAC
  • Supplemental Health Insurance through AFLAC (includes accident/disability, hospital intensive care, long-term care, specified health event, cancer, life insurance, hospital confinement, indemnity, short-term disability)

Retirement
PRC offers a 401(k) retirement plan that allows employees to contribute a percentage of their salary each paycheck on a PRE-TAX basis, as well as a Roth 401(k) option. PRC will match employee contributions up to a maximum of 3%. New employees are eligible to begin contributions after 90 days of employment, and become vested upon the first contribution.

Employee Bonus Program
All employees are eligible for an annual bonus. A bonus will be awarded to an employee that has made significant contributions or achievements above and beyond his/her day-to-day job activities and responsibilities. Supervisors will evaluate the employee’s performance and provide recommendations to the General Manager. All bonuses will be distributed to employees by December 31st of the year awarded.

Employee Referral Program
The PRC Employee Referral Program is available to any employee who provides a job candidate that is successful in obtaining full time employment with PRC. The employee will receive a one-time lump sum payment of $150.00.

Educational Assistance
PRC will reimburse qualified employees 100% up to a total of $3,000 per fiscal year for the costs of tuition for each successfully completed course. To qualify, the employee must be employed by the company for at least one year before and after the completed course, have prior approval from his or her supervisor, the course taken must be job-related, and the employee must receive a passing grade of C or better for undergraduate and B or better for graduate courses.
