Limited overnight rooms are available for meeting participants on July 30, 2008 and July 31, 2008. All reservations must be made individually through the Hotel’s Reservation Department by calling (303) 779-1234 or (800)233-1234. In order to secure the room rate of $140 single/double (government per diem), you must identify yourself as an attendee of the DOE Nuclear Suppliers Outreach Meeting. To guarantee a room at this rate, you must make your reservations by Wednesday, July 16, 2008. Reservation requests received after this date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates.
