October 2007: Kathy Clinton Assumes Sole Ownership of PRC:
PRC would like to announce the departure of Jeffery Eanes. As co-founder of PRC, Jeff has played a defining role in PRC. However, after much consideration, Jeff has chosen to pursue other ventures. Kathy Clinton has assumed Jeff's share of PRC and intends to build upon its solid foundation. She is excited about the potential opportunities awaiting PRC and looks forward to a long and successful future as PRC's president and sole owner.

September 2007:
The Department of Energy awarded the new Business Services Activities contract at the Office of Environmental Management to PRC along with our teaming partners, Project Enhancement Corporation and Longenecker & Associates. This contract is valued up to $20 million over the next 5 years. The contract is set to run for a two-year base period with three one-year options.

August 2007:
The Department of Energy awarded the Oversight, Technical and Administrative Support contract at the Portsmouth Paducah Project Office to PRC. This contract is worth up to approximately $18 million over the next 5 years. Under the contract, which is set to run for one year with four one-year options, PRC will replace Navarro Research and Engineering.

December 2004:
PRC was awarded the US Department of Energy (DOE) National Energy Technology Lab (NETL), 8(a) set aside, Support Administrative Services (SAS) contract.
